MARK ELLIS
Mark graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technology. He gained experience with rotating equipment through working for Siemens
Westinghouse, Solar Turbines and other rotating equipment companies. During this time, he learned a lot about power generation, combustion turbines, electric motors and centrifugal compressors and pumps. In 2005, Mark entered the oil field working for an engineering consulting firm where he increased his exposure to water floods and CO2 floods mainly. Mark moved into the operations side of the industry and installed new CO2 floods, updated and revitalized existing water floods, and built new development facilities for primary production in shale oil fields. Mark has experience working with and for companies such as Apache, Oxy, Chevron, RSP Permian, Concho and ConocoPhillips. Mark obtained an MBA from Texas Tech University in 2017 and he is currently a licensed engineer in the state of Texas.

JARED HANCE
Jared served for six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves after high school and during college. He served in the 453rd Combat logistics battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Jared graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in economics. He entered the oil field and gained experience through working with RK Supply where he acted as a single point of contact to his clients and oversaw and organized all materials selection needed for various projects.
